Our Meteorologist Steve has testified in court every year for the past 40 years and has been qualified as an “EXPERT” in weather, weather forecasting, climatology and weather related snow and ice removal services. Steve has testified over 100 times since 1976, on behalf of both the plaintiff and defense and many times just to read and clarify all available National Weather Service weather information. On the stand, he has offered opinions on weather conditions in vague and difficult situations, which most of the time results in favorable court decisions for his clients.His experience with public speaking and his radio weathercasts is key when explaining weather situations to jurors. Steve’s clear, informative and concise statements and opinions directed to the jury helps to return verdicts favorable to his clients.
